What counts as an "asset"?
An asset is any item you track in the system — a laptop, a vehicle, a piece of furniture, a tool, etc. Both individual items and bulk asset records count toward your plan limit.
What is the difference between administrators and standard users?
Administrator accounts can create and edit assets, manage settings, run reports, and perform all system operations. Standard user accounts have role-based access — from view-only to performing check-outs, audits, or service management — depending on the role assigned by your administrator. Every plan includes unlimited standard users at no extra cost.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can change your plan at any time from the Admin settings page. Upgrades take effect immediately and downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. All plans are billed monthly and you can cancel at any time. Annual billing is also available — pay for 11 months and get one month free.
