Selection Fields

Selection fields control the dropdown options that appear on forms throughout the application. Customize them to match your organization's terminology.

Navigate to Options > Selection Fields.

Available Fields

StatusAsset status (e.g., Available, Checked Out, In Repair)
ConditionAsset condition (e.g., New, Good, Fair, Poor)
Job TitlePersonnel records
ShiftPersonnel records
Service TypeService logs and service schedules

Adding, Editing, and Deleting Values

  1. Select a field type from the list.
  2. Click New to add a value, or click an existing value to edit it.
  3. Enter or update the name and click Save.

To delete, select one or more values and click Delete.
