Selection Fields
Selection fields control the dropdown options that appear on forms throughout the application. Customize them to match your organization's terminology.
Navigate to Options > Selection Fields.
Available Fields

| Status | Asset status (e.g., Available, Checked Out, In Repair) |
| Condition | Asset condition (e.g., New, Good, Fair, Poor) |
| Job Title | Personnel records |
| Shift | Personnel records |
| Service Type | Service logs and service schedules |
Adding, Editing, and Deleting Values
- Select a field type from the list.
- Click New to add a value, or click an existing value to edit it.
- Enter or update the name and click Save.
To delete, select one or more values and click Delete.
